TERRA NULLIUS is a hybrid performance project that attempts to capture the experience of a distant place.For a year the artist Paula Diogo was in Reykjavik developing a master’s program project which she called TERRA NULLIUS. During this period he used as a procedure two simple actions: walking and writing.TERRA NULLIUS tries to relocate the experience of this distant place and to put it in dialogue with other places and realities, creating overlaps and connections. The project proposes different work phases that have as starting point the act of walking, using it as a procedure for the construction of the artistic object.TERRA NULLIUS is both an inner and outer journey, a reflection on what binds us to places.
