BITCHO – pan

BITCHO is an ambiguous, half-ancestral figure with a folk hybrid that embodies a female animal.
The now is celebrated through spoken words, reflecting on the world, the present
contrasting with more surreal and Dadaist texts.
Libertarian rituals are created with humor and irony. In an organic relationship with his surroundings, the mutable character is built from a sound, visual and textual structure
identity. An immersive presentation where it plays with the digital and the rawness of media.
A liminal corpus that refers to the traditional and recreates its meaning in contemporaneity, through pataphysics and nonsense.

Phd in Contemporary art by the Fine Arts Faculty of Cuenca and Visual Arts degree by the Fine Arts Faculty of the University of Porto.
Her artistic investigation leads to a derivation in several fields, such as drawing, installation, video, sound, photography, performance…She works in an intuitive way the political and social moment and the actuality, trying to imprint and relate the different happenings. a work that assimilates from the other and gives back her reflections, sounds and images.
