Published by George Orwell in 1945, Animal Farm is a political and satirical text, but also a fable about the way we relate to the other, understood here as any creature, any being with which a relationship is established. Added to this is the old theme of power, how power can be irresistible and, ultimately, how power corrupts. Nothing more current. And nothing more transversal. Because the struggle for power — from the smallest to the biggest stages — is, in fact, of all times, and because it begins in childhood, intensifies in adolescence and is concretized in adulthood, it makes sense to ask the youngest: who is in charge here?
